This website provides product references, sourcing guidance, process information and routes for business inquiries. It is intended for commercial evaluation and discussion. Accessing the website does not create a supply agreement, agency relationship or exclusive arrangement.
2. Product information
We aim to keep visible product information useful and accurate. Product specifications, configurations, images and availability may change or require confirmation for a particular market or order. Information on a product page should therefore be reviewed together with the current quotation and agreed specification.
3. Prices, quotations and orders
FOB prices shown on the website are indicative references, not binding offers. Final pricing and supply terms depend on the confirmed model and configuration, quantity, packing, exchange rates, destination port and other order requirements.
An order becomes binding only through the quotation, contract, purchase order confirmation or other commercial document accepted by the relevant parties. If a website statement differs from an accepted order document, the accepted order document governs that transaction.
4. Website materials
Website text, graphics, product records, catalogs and other materials may be used to evaluate a BRIVOLUX business proposal. They may not be copied, republished, altered or used to misrepresent a product, company relationship or commercial offer without prior authorisation or another lawful basis.
5. Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, automate abusive requests or use the content for unlawful, deceptive or misleading activity.

The website may open email software, WhatsApp, Google Maps or other external services at your request. Those services are operated independently and have their own terms and privacy practices. BRIVOLUX does not control the availability or operation of an external service.
7. Availability and updates
We may correct, update, reorganise or withdraw website content when product records, commercial references or business requirements change. Temporary interruption may also occur for maintenance, security or hosting reasons. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law and disputes
These Website Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute through good-faith discussion. If that does not resolve the matter, the dispute may be submitted to the competent People’s Court at the domicile of Jiangmen brivoluxtech Co., Ltd.
