This page presents the working standard behind our after-sales coordination: how evidence is controlled, technical judgement is formed, corrective action is assigned and the outcome is carried back into future work. Individual cases continue through the established contacts and communication channels of each customer relationship.
Technical review · evidence, product and case record considered together
Operating discipline
A controlled sequence for evidence, diagnosis and closure.
The sequence is an internal coordination standard—not a website service portal. It keeps the technical question, responsible team and agreed action visible across commercial, quality, engineering and production functions.
01
Reference control
Establish exactly which product and order are under review.
The issue is anchored to the order reference, model, confirmed configuration, production batch where available and affected quantity. This prevents a general description from being treated as a technical conclusion.
Order reference · model · configuration · affected scope
02
Evidence validation
Build a record strong enough to support a technical decision.
Images, operating video, labels, installation conditions and failure timing are reviewed as one evidence set. Where required, retained or returned samples are compared with the approved specification and control records.
Distinguish the observed symptom from the underlying cause.
Quality, engineering and production input is brought together as needed to separate product variation from installation, transport, application or handling factors. Open assumptions remain identified until they are resolved by evidence.
Technical review · responsibility boundary · verified cause
04
Corrective resolution
Define containment, corrective action and ownership.
The resolution may combine technical guidance, parts, repair, replacement or another agreed commercial measure. Immediate containment is separated from the corrective action needed to prevent recurrence.
Verify the outcome and retain what the case has taught us.
The result is reviewed through the customer’s established communication channel. Relevant findings are then carried into inspection criteria, work instructions, packing, documentation or the preparation of later orders.
Professional resolution begins with a controlled record.
The exact evidence varies by product and issue. The principle remains consistent: conclusions should be traceable to the product identity, operating condition and verified facts.
Product reference
Order, model, configuration, label and the affected scope establish what is actually being assessed.
Observed condition
Photos, video, timing and operating context describe what happened without turning the first symptom into an assumed cause.
Technical comparison
Specification, retained samples, inspection records and production information provide the basis for verification.
Resolution record
Ownership, containment, corrective action and effectiveness review remain connected in the same case history.
Resolution standard
A case is complete when the action is verified—and the learning changes what happens next.
